OpenAI’s popular service ChatGPT is currently down for some users due to an “unresolved incident,” the company announced on Tuesday.
“We continue to work on fixing this issue,” OpenAI said on its status page early Tuesday.

The status page first said the issue was under investigation around 12:30 a.m. Pacific time on Tuesday.
Users have posted photos of the “bad gateway” error they say they encountered when trying to access ChatGPT.
According to media reports, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said in November that ChatGPT is used by roughly 100 million people every week.
