Thomas Massie to co-moderate presidential debate

Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky is set to co-moderate a presidential debate at the FreedomFest conference next month, but while both President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump have been invited, neither are currently scheduled to attend.

Confirmed participants include Chase Oliver of the Libertarian Party, Jill Stein of the Green Party and Randall Terry of the Constitution Party. Foundation for Free and Fair ElectionsThe report also reported that President Trump, President Biden, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Cornel West have also been invited.

“I am excited to be moderating a free and equal presidential debate @TheFreedomFest on July 12th from 5pm-7pm PDT at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. Seven candidates have been invited and three have already accepted,” Massey said. Tweeted.

The congressman will co-moderate the debate with Christina Tobin, founder and president of the Free and Equal Voters Foundation.

Massie supported an unsuccessful effort to remove House Speaker Mike Johnson from his position earlier this year, and has said he will not vote to keep Johnson in his leadership position going forward. “No matter what, I will not be voting for him,” Massie said. NBC News.
