Jake Paul Vs Mike Tyson Fight Is Back On

The fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson is reportedly back on schedule after Tyson underwent a medical emergency last week.

The match was originally scheduled for July 20 but was rescheduled for November 15. according to The postponement came after Tyson’s doctors told him to take it easy after his ulcer recurred, according to TMZ.

The bout will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and will be broadcast on Netflix, TMZ reported. Following Tyson’s medical issues, several other contenders have reportedly been willing to challenge Paul, including Ryan Garcia, former NFL star Brandon Jacobs, and even Jake’s brother Logan Paul. “We had to postpone the match, but he will resume training shortly,” the statement said, adding: “We’d like to thank the medical staff who treated him, as well as MVP, Netflix and AT&T Stadium, who worked hard to find the best rescheduled date for all involved.”

The media reported that Tyson criticized his opponent, saying, “A new date has been set, but no matter when we fight, the result will be the same. Jake Paul will get knocked out.”

At 57, Tyson is 30 years older than his opponent but still remains quite formidable in the ring. Genuine Paul may be faced with a tough task when it comes to boxing matches.

However, Paul’s youth is enough to make up for the experience of his opponent. Furthermore, if Tyson has other health issues, he may not be able to fulfill his promise of knocking Paul out. Either way, it remains to be seen whether the world will ever see Jake Paul again in action against an opponent his age who is not retired or an MMA fighter.
