On Saturday, hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters – some of whom openly support Hamas and other terrorist groups – surrounded the White House, vandalizing the statue and attacking U.S. Park Police officers who tried to guard it.
The protests came on the day Israel safely rescued four hostages from Hamas in a raid on the Gaza Strip.

of Washington Examiner report:
On Saturday morning, keffiyeh-wearing protesters began gathering outside the White House in Washington, DC. They called on President Joe Biden to “liberate Palestine” and “end the blockade of Gaza now.” Others also formed a two-mile line around the White House carrying red banners, symbolizing the “red line” Israel crossed when it began operations in Rafah, a city in southern Gaza where many Palestinians have fled.
…
At one point, U.S. Park Police were on scene with pepper spray to disperse the protesters. As police were attempting to arrest one of the protesters, the crowd reportedly began yelling at police to stop, yelling, “Let her go.” It was not immediately clear on what charges police were attempting to arrest her. The exchange appeared to have led police to fire pepper spray and ultimately release the protester without completing the arrest.
of Examiner At the time of publication, no arrests had been made.
Four years ago, as part of the George Floyd riots and the Black Lives Matter movement, radical left-wing protesters laid siege to the White House. They attacked police officers, assaulted journalists, set churches on fire and destroyed monuments.
