Two suspects wanted for brutally beating and robbing a tourist outside a Times Square hotel are believed to be immigrants living at the shelter, police sources said.
The two men are wanted for allegedly assaulting a 44-year-old Indiana man outside the four-star Club Quarters Hotel on West 45th Street just before 2:30 a.m. on May 10, according to police and sources.
They allegedly punched and kicked the tourists during the brutal attack.
Police say the suspects stole the victim’s cellphone and wallet, then fled the scene on foot.
Sources said the pair were believed to have been staying at a nearby migrant hotel shelter.
Police said the victim, who was visiting from Indiana, refused medical treatment after the assault.

Police released CCTV footage on Sunday in an effort to track down the two suspects.
Images show that at least one of the suspects was wearing a ski mask at the time of the attack.
