Rudy Giuliani Calls DA in Georgia Election Case ‘Fani the Ho’

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) on Friday night called Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who has been pursuing the now-stalled Georgia election lawsuit against him, former President Donald Trump and others, a “whore.”

Mother Jones staff writer Stephanie Mencimer shared the video of Giuliani insulting Willis with X. According to Mencimer, Giuliani Gave Speech at a ReAwaken America tour event at a church in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Giuliani called Willis a “whore Fanny,” drawing laughs and cheers from the audience.

“If she would just quit and walk away we could leave out the prostitute part,” he added.

Spectrum News Note Willis indicted Trump and 18 of his lawyers, aides and supporters for allegedly contesting the results of the 2020 election in Georgia, while Giuliani was indicted on 13 counts, including violating the RICO statute.

“Unfortunately, the people who filed suit yesterday are criminals,” Giuliani told 77WABC after he was indicted in August 2023. “The people who have been indicted are people who are fighting for American freedom, for the America we once had — for an America where we had fair elections.”

“As a lawyer I never expected to be charged. When I was doing this job I thought I was protected by the fact that I was defending him,” he added.

Willis’ case has hit a major hurdle in recent months, as she currently faces a conflict of interest hearing at the Georgia Court of Appeals, which isn’t scheduled to take place until October 4, 2024, one month before the election, Breitbart News’ Elizabeth Weibel points out.

In early May, the Georgia Court of Appeals announced it would review Willis’ conflict of interest in remaining on the case.

The former president and several of his co-defendants have been trying to have Willis removed from the case because of her previous romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, another prosecutor who was working on the case.

The Associated Press reported in May that the losing side in the appeal could ultimately “ask the Georgia Supreme Court to consider the appeal.”
