Earlier this week, Hunter Biden was indicted on three felony counts related to a 2018 gun purchase.
Many speculate that these specific charges are part of a larger plan to stop Donald Trump, especially considering that illegal gun possession only scratches the surface of Hunter Biden’s alleged crimes.
“What they want to do is tie Hunter Biden to illegal gun purchases and then his father will decide whether to pardon him,” he said. Dave Rubin“But they want to equate it with the complete sham trial of Donald Trump.”
Vivek Ramaswamy elaborated on this in a video posted recently.
“Hunter Biden was convicted. This is outrageous. The trial was a sham, just like the Trump trial. … It was a sham that was set up to justify the conviction of Trump. That’s why the trial took place so soon after,” the former candidate explained.
“It also avoids holding the Biden crime family accountable for things Hunter Biden should have actually been charged with, such as using influence over his father, Joe Biden, when he was vice president of the United States,” Ramaswamy continued.
“Hunter was never qualified to serve on the board of a Ukrainian energy company that is a state-owned enterprise with ties to Ukraine, a country to which his father, the president of the United States, sends hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars. Therein lies the real crime.”
“So this was conveniently timed to come out on the heels of Trump’s fake conviction, used as a cover for bipartisanship to avoid accountability for a real investigation that likely implicates Joe Biden. Don’t believe it,” he concluded.
“Vivec is absolutely right,” Dave agrees. [Hunter] It doesn’t matter if he goes to jail or not. They [gun charges] Because they want the public to think, ‘Oh, I remember what happened to Trump last week. He’s a convicted felon,’ or, ‘Oh, they did the same thing to the president’s son. He’s a convicted felon.'”
