Why Hunter Biden’s guilty verdict is nothing like Trump’s

Comparing Donald Trump’s trial to Hunter Biden’s trial is not like comparing apples to oranges, it’s like comparing apples to eggs. They are completely different. They don’t even share the same origins. Donald Trump’s trial came from a very rotten tree. The other came from a chicken’s ass.

Hunter Biden’s trial only came after the FBI had done everything they could to erase his crimes. Once prosecutors realized Hunter had to pay for something, they made it the least culpable crime compared to the other crimes he was allegedly involved in, including lying about his cocaine addiction on a federal firearms background check, being an unregistered agent of multiple foreign governments, drug trafficking, and possibly money laundering.

If both men are guilty, it points to serious leadership problems, but the charges are born out of lies.

I am all for the rule of law. I am a responsible gun owner. Don’t lie on your background check. I’m going to jail. You’re going to jail. Hunter Biden should go to jail. But this is just one of 170 crimes Hunter Biden has been involved in. Will he pay for it?
Them There are several crimes he got away with.

When Hunter was in Arizona for rehab, he returned his car to a rental facility near the airport, where he accidentally left his ID, a crack pipe, and a bag of cocaine in the car. Nothing was done about it. Isn’t that a pretty big deal?

Later that month, a woman currently serving time in prison in Connecticut on other charges arranged to meet Hunter to deliver crack cocaine to him. That’s also pretty big news, right?

During his time in Connecticut, text messages from his laptop revealed that he was not only taking drugs, but also trafficking them and arranging sex with women. He solicited prostitute after prostitute, and when they left the room, he solicited more. But he didn’t stop there. He continued soliciting prostitutes throughout his time in Connecticut, even filming himself having sex with them and smoking crack cocaine. Money transfer records revealed that he paid these prostitutes thousands of dollars. Is prostitution legal in Connecticut? If you live in Connecticut, would you allow this?

He then went on a crime spree in Delaware, where he was dealing drugs and, at one point, with a registered sex offender with whom he also smoked crack drugs. Hunter had his crack drug use caught on camera. He was caught using drugs naked at a public spa. After all this happened, he continued to buy guns, lie about his drug use, and have “fun” with prostitutes.

In Florida, when Hunter sent money to an escort in Ukraine, JPMorgan Chase flagged the transfer as possible human trafficking. This was just one of 170 times that banks have alerted the federal government saying, “Something’s not right. This is human trafficking. This is money laundering.” But the federal government turned a blind eye.
170 timesThat’s the real crime.

When those on the House Oversight Committee looked at Hunter Biden and his father’s illegal international business dealings, they could no longer turn a blind eye. The Department of Justice only prosecuted when its higher-ups realized they had no other choice and chose the smallest, least embarrassing crimes.

I believe justice was served for this crime, and we’ll see what the sentence is, but this was not a prosecutable offense.

The left will use Hunter’s conviction to campaign against Donald Trump. They will say, “The president’s son is a convicted felon. The former president is a convicted felon. Our republic has never been healthier.” Whatever the outcome of the trial, this is not good for the health of the republic.

If both men were guilty, then there is a real problem with the leadership. But indictments are born of lies. Again, this is something else entirely. Hunter was only indicted when the Feds could no longer cover up everything he and his father had done. Only then was he indicted and convicted by a jury of his peers.

In the Trump trial in New York, they used all kinds of dirty tricks, twisting the law, even inventing laws, to get him convicted. Their charges were so baseless that even the federal government said, “No, Trump didn’t break the law.” But then they took it to state court, and the judge said,
Instructed Jurors testified that they did not even have to agree on a crime to convict Trump, and the jury declared him guilty of a federal crime, even though state courts have no federal jurisdiction.

They did something that has never been done before in our justice system: they made a mockery of justice.

I think Alan Dershowitz was right when he said the best thing that could happen would be for Hunter Biden to be found “not guilty” and released, so that people would start to realize that we are the laughing stock of the world.

Our justice system, once one of the most respected, is now the laughing stock of the world.
