“Victor Hernandez didn’t come here to make a better life for himself or his family. He came here to escape the crimes he committed in El Salvador,” Gahler added. “He came here and he killed Rachel, and, God willing, he didn’t kill anyone else. But this should never have been allowed to happen.”
Los Angeles police are searching Martinez-Hernandez on assault and burglary charges for his role in a March 2023 home invasion, The Baltimore Sun reported. report.
