According to a report from TMZ, prosecutors had alleged that Alec Baldwin was careless with firearms on the set of Lust, even before cinematographer Halina Hutchins was shot and killed.
Baldwin’s trial is scheduled to begin in July, and prosecutors have already filed new legal documents in New Mexico and said they intend to present new evidence to support their case. TMZAccording to TMZ, prosecutors allege that at one point during the filming of the movie, Baldwin pointed a gun at the film crew and fired blanks.

Prosecutors have filed more charges against the TV star.
They also claim that Baldwin used the gun as a pointing stick while speaking to and giving instructions to crew members on set, according to TMZ. The famous actor and comedian is reportedly accused of firing the gun after filming had finished and the director had already called “cut” on the spot.
According to TMZ, the allegations continue, with newly filed court documents stating that Baldwin filmed some scenes with his finger on the trigger, even when no gunfire was involved.

According to TMZ, prosecutors claim they have evidence that Baldwin forced weapons technician Hannah Gutierrez Reid to load weapons and routinely pressured workers to work at a faster pace than they were comfortable with.
Baldwin is also accused of texting and FaceTimeing with family members during times when he should have been paying attention to Gutierrez-Reed’s firearms training sessions.

According to TMZ, court documents state that Baldwin was known to be running around with a gun and exhibiting erratic and aggressive behavior while filming “Lust.”
According to the outlet, prosecutors alleged that when filming resumed after the fatal shooting, Baldwin argued that he did not have to follow established safety recommendations regarding the handling of firearms on set.

According to the media report, the famous actor has pleaded not guilty to all charges levelled against him.
