Trump does what Biden won’t after mom of woman allegedly slain by illegal immigrant calls out Biden administration

Rachel Maurin’s mother, Patty Maurin, is blaming the Biden administration.

Last week, Maryland State Police announced the arrest of Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, for Morin’s murder. Authorities allege Martinez Hernandez raped and killed the mother of five last August.

“If we had left things as they were, my daughter might still be here.”

On Tuesday, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas called Rachel Morin an “individual” and refused to use her name. In an interview with CNN.

Patty Morin responded to the disrespectful act in an interview on Wednesday.

“This is a completely political statement because they’re not even acknowledging that she was a mother and a daughter,” Patti told Fox News. “This completely depersonalizes and objectifies her.”

“To not acknowledge that my daughter is a human being, a woman and a mother, and classify her as a statistic, just shows how inhumane they are and how little they value life,” she added.

Morin also said no one from the Biden administration has contacted her or her family.

Earlier this week, Patty Morin said she believes her daughter would still be alive if Donald Trump were still president.

“It’s a senseless death. Who would have thought that someone would come from a foreign country, nearly 2,000 miles from our southern border, come into our small town and just randomly attack someone and brutally murder them?” she said. Said Fox News host Sean Hannity said: “We’re not protecting ourselves, we’re not protecting our families. If they had stayed the way they were, I think — and I promised I wouldn’t get political — but if we had stayed the way we were, my daughter might still be here.”

Grieving mothers are not the only ones who take such a stance.

After announcing Martinez-Hernandez’s arrest, Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler (R) sent a message directly to the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

“We are 1,800 miles from the southern border, and the American people are not safe because of failed immigration policies,” Gahler said. stated.

“This is the second time in the last two years that an innocent woman in Harford County has had her life wrongfully taken by criminals in our country,” he continued. “In both cases, the suspect was a Salvadoran national with ties to organized crime. This should not happen.”

On Thursday, Morin’s lawyer announced that Trump had contacted Patty Morin, something that neither Biden nor his administration has done.

“I was deeply touched by President Trump’s kindness and concern. He was sincere and genuinely wanted to know how our family was coping. He asked about Rachel and expressed his sincere sympathy for her untimely death. His words brought me comfort during this very difficult time,” Patty Morin said. Said In a statement.

Attorney Randolph Rice added that Trump’s call demonstrates the level of care he has for the American people.

“I am grateful for President Trump’s call. This gesture demonstrates his deep compassion for the American people. His concern for Rachel’s family and his personal reach out are a comfort to them and mean so much to all of us,” Rice said.
