Travolta wrote that he and Eastwood chose to remain on the sidelines while they danced with others, but while Travolta was dancing with Princess Diana, someone approached him and said, “Mr. Travolta and Princess Diana are having a second dance? He continued: “I John Travolta“Yes, please!” I replied, probably too loudly. She was not happy. “Okay. Come with me to the next dance.”

Selleck ended up dancing with Diana and said he apologised to her for his lack of skill.

Princess Diana “She was very lovely and very skilled in the art of conversation, yet very shy,” he explained. “She looked like she was having the time of her life, and I felt at ease knowing that she was doing the talking most of the time. Let’s just say it wasn’t my finest moment as a conversationalist.”
