Police said the two young men approached the Hispanic victims, claiming to be ICE agents and demanding that they hand over cash.

Bacanu and Alexandre then fled in a blue Audi Q7 SUV but were later located and arrested by police in Fullerton.

Anaheim authorities believe the pair have committed similar robberies with other Hispanic victims, showing their badges and speaking to them in Spanish before stealing their property and running away.
