WATCH: Hidden camera Disney VP refuses to hire white males

It’s no secret that Disney is in trouble, and if the company were to stop embracing DEI and go back to solid content production without educational propaganda, its glory days may not be a thing of the past.

But the on-camera confessions of Disney senior vice president Michael Jordana all but dash any hope of Disney repenting.

According to reports, James O’Keefe had an anonymous agent contact Jordana through a dating site, and during the fake date, hidden cameras captured Jordana bluntly acknowledging that Disney avoids hiring white men.

Dave Rubin plays two clips.

Elon Musk responds to Disney’s racism towards white menYoutube

In the first video, Jordana addressed the company’s hiring practices, saying, “Certainly, there were times when there was no way we would have hired a white male for this job.”

“You just don’t say it out loud?” the undercover reporter asked.

“Sometimes I use my tongue,” he acknowledged, adding that executives will blatantly tell him there’s “no way we’d hire a white guy for this role,” but that he’s “very careful about how I convey that message to agents.”

In a second video, Jordana acknowledged that anti-white hiring practices affect him, too.

“I think I’m well-equipped for it. I’m well-positioned,” he told “Date,” referring to some sort of promotion, but “from Disney’s perspective, I’m a white guy, and right now it’s not white guys that want promotions.”

“I’ve been here for 11 years now, so I have friends in HR, I have friends in other departments, and they’re saying, ‘Mike, no one will tell you this, but white men aren’t being considered for this job. It’s true,'” he recounted.

“A white, male vice president at Disney has essentially admitted that the company discriminates against white men and accepted the fact that he will probably never be promoted,” Dave said, criticizing how “racism and discrimination are deeply ingrained in these systems.”

And he’s not the only one who feels the same way: After seeing the video, Elon Musk tweeted:

“Twitter, Starlink, SpaceX, and Neuralink’s Elon Musk [doesn’t] “They hire people based on the color of their skin. When they’re looking for engineers, it’s like, ‘Can you help me build the coolest, most functional rocket to travel through space? I don’t care what your genitals are or what your skin color is,'” Dave says.
