First appeared on FOX: Ohio Republican Senate candidate Bernie Moreno released an ad on the morning of Thursday’s CNN presidential debate linking President Biden’s policies that will be featured on stage in Atlanta to those of his Democratic opponent, who he considers to be weak spots.
“Sherrod Brown voted for Biden 99% of the time,” Moreno’s ad says of two men riding a tandem bicycle with license plates bearing JB SB, the initials of Ohio’s Democratic governor, Sherrod Brown, and President Biden.
“Sherrod Brown and Biden have been in office for a combined 100 years.” New Advertisement “Sherrod Brown and Biden are against the border wall.”
The ad also says the pair “support amnesty for illegal immigrants” and that Brown and Biden’s economy has seen “prices rise 20%.”

“Don’t let extreme liberals Sherrod Brown and Joe Biden rip America off,” the ad ends before Brown and Biden are involved in a bicycle accident.
Moreno’s campaign also launched JustLikeBiden.com on Thursday, which features information about the policy similarities between Biden and Brown under the banner “Sherrod Brown is Always with Biden.”

“Sherrod Brown said it best: His politics are not all that different from Joe Biden’s,” Moreno’s communications director, Reagan McCarthy, told Fox News Digital in a statement.
“Brown voted for Biden nearly 100% of the time and helped cause an invasion of our southern border, a disastrous economy with record high inflation, and a war on America’s energy. Biden and Brown’s policies have failed in Ohio, and Ohioans will vote them both out of office in November.”

Fox News Digital reached out to Brown’s campaign for comment but did not receive a response.
The November showdown between Brown and Moreno will be one of the most closely watched races in the country and is seen by many as one of the best opportunities for Republicans to retake control of the Senate, which is currently held by Democrats by a 51-49 margin.
The Cook Political Report rates Ohio’s Senate race as a “50-50” race.
