Ben Affleck has reportedly moved all of his belongings out of the home he shares with wife Jennifer Lopez amid divorce rumors.
The 51-year-old actor and 54-year-old singer, who married in July 2022, are separated, a source previously confirmed to Fox News Digital. According to People magazine, Lopez lives in a $60.8 million mansion in Beverly Hills, while Affleck lives a few miles away in a rented home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
According to a report from People magazine published on Friday, “Argo” star Josh McGregor removed all of his personal belongings from his mansion before returning from a solo vacation in Italy.
“He started moving out some time ago,” a source told Fox News Digital. “The marriage is completely over and Jennifer is heartbroken. She loved Love and really wanted the relationship to work.”

Lopez and Affleck have reportedly been quietly trying to sell the property while dealing with the press fuss over their relationship.
A second source told People magazine that Affleck has been living in a rented home in Brentwood for about two months.
“He seems to be OK,” the source added. “He goes to the office every day and seems focused on work, as well as spending time with his kids.”
A separate source confirmed to Fox News Digital that Affleck’s primary focus was on his work during his marital troubles.
“Ben’s been working nonstop and spending a lot of time in the office,” the source said. “He’s working on a lot of projects that he’s excited about. He’s pretty active with his company[Artists’ Equity]. He wants to continue to focus on directing, acting and producing.”

The actor is starring in and producing the action thriller “The Accountant 2,” currently in production in Los Angeles.
In photos obtained by TMZ, Lopez and Affleck were photographed separately at the West Hollywood office building where they both have offices on June 26. According to the outlet, Affleck was photographed arriving around 10 a.m. wearing a navy blue suit and carrying a black leather duffel bag.

TMZ reported that Lopez arrived at the building a few hours after her husband and left a few hours before him. Lopez stars in “Unstoppable,” a sports biopic produced by Affleck and Matt Damon’s Artists Equity, which finished filming in January.
The Shotgun Wedding actress will also play the lead role in Artists’ Equity’s adaptation of the 1993 Broadway musical Kiss of the Spider Woman.

Earlier this month, Lopez surprised fans by announcing in a newsletter that she was canceling her “This is Me… Live” tour. A representative for Live Nation said in a statement that Lopez was “taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”

Affleck and Lopez initially sparked breakup rumors after they weren’t seen together for 47 days. Since then, they have only been seen together on rare occasions, including attending the graduation of Affleck’s 18-year-old daughter Violet and 12-year-old son Samuel earlier this month.
Lopez and Affleck don’t have any children together, but she has 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and Affleck has three daughters, Violet and Samuel, as well as 15-year-old Seraphina, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

On Father’s Day, Lopez paid tribute to Affleck on her Instagram Story.
She shared a black-and-white photo of Affleck from 2001 when he played Rafe McCauley in Pearl Harbor.
