The bodies of two Georgia firefighters who recently ended their relationships were found in Tennessee on Sunday, more than a week after they went missing, authorities said.
The Hinesville Police Department confirmed that Raegan Anderson, 25, and her ex-boyfriend, Chandler Kuvander, 24, were found in Cocke County, about 450 miles north of their hometown. Their bodies were found inside Anderson’s vehicle.
“He was so mad,” said Mr Kubander’s mother, Jane Kubander. Court TV Last week, the pair revealed they had ended their “toxic” relationship after more than seven years together.
Jane said Anderson struggled to accept the end of the relationship and threatened to commit suicide on multiple occasions.

She said her son had been on a date with another woman on June 23, the day before he disappeared, and that Anderson allegedly found and damaged her son’s car.
She was arrested for the offence and later released on bail, and Anderson complained to Kuvander about her fears, as she thought she was likely to lose her job at the fire department.
The next day, Kuvander was scheduled to work out at Crunch Fitness Center in Savannah, Georgia, before attending his sister’s birthday party.
His mother said surveillance cameras showed Anderson circling the parking lot outside multiple times while he was inside the car.

He eventually leaves the gym and begins heading to his car, according to the video.
But his mother said she believes her son was “threatened” into a 2017 Ford Focus and has not been heard from since.
Before her body was discovered, she told the television station that Anderson was not in a right state of mind and had written a suicide note to her son the day before she went missing.
In a Facebook post, she called Anderson “a scammer and a scammer.” [her son] It is believed he did not want to be with her.”
Kuvander continued to try to comfort Anderson after the break-up, but at times had to beg him to stop harassing her.

“He’s very committed to doing the right thing and keeping people safe,” she told Court TV. “He really cares about Reagan.”
A few days later, both were found dead.
Autopsies will be conducted to determine the cause of death for the Liberty County firefighters.
After the body was discovered, police said: “Details regarding the discovery of the body, the vehicle and the circumstances leading up to the death are currently unknown.”

Kubandar’s heartbroken sister posted a tribute to her brother on Facebook.
“I’m searching for the words to say goodbye but I can’t find them. It breaks my heart to think that you’re not here with me. I never thought I’d have to go through life without you,” she wrote. “I’ve always had my two big brothers but now it’s just me and Xander. We will honor you in every way possible. No one knows who you are and how amazing you are. I love you forever, Babe.”
