England’s recovery session on Monday included a VIP performance.
Four-time Grammy Award winner Ed Sheeran performed for his country’s soccer team after their hard-fought victory over Slovakia in the round of 16 on Sunday.
The British singer brought his guitar to the team’s home base in Blankenhain, Germany, to perform his hit song “The A Team” to help the team prepare for Saturday’s Euro 2024 quarter-final against Switzerland.

After the match, the 21-year-old was quick to Reply to X He then claimed it was all a misunderstanding.
He wrote: “Just an inside joke for close friends who were at the game. I have nothing but respect for the way the Slovak team played tonight.”
ESPN reported on Bellingham:If he faces any punishment, it will likely be a fine rather than a suspension for this incident.
However, if he is suspended it will be a major loss for Gareth Southgate’s side.
Bellingham was named man of the match against Slovakia.
In 371 minutes of playing time, he scored two goals, made very few mistakes and boasted an astounding passing accuracy of 88.75%.
