Meghan Markle ‘would love’ for King Charles to give American Riviera Orchard his ‘stamp of approval’: report

Meghan Markle is reportedly seeking royal approval for her new lifestyle brand.

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, announced a new business venture, American Riviera Orchard, in March. Instagram Posts It was announced that it would be released soon.

Since then, she’s sent jars of jam and dog biscuits to her celebrity friends, and teased a range of rosé wine in the future.

But desperate to soar in sales, the former “Suits” star is seeking support from his estranged father-in-law, King Charles, despite not seeing him for years.

“Meghan is looking for support wherever she can,” the source said. OK! Magazine“Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are at the top of her list, but she has her sights set even higher and wants King Charles’ approval.”

Sources say Markle hopes her husband, Prince Harry, will be in touch with the Windsors to help her with her new business venture.

“She wants Harry to get in touch with all of his family who he still has contact with,” the source said.

“She still believes there is a lot more support for them within the royal family than people realise and thinks they would be foolish not to ask for help.”

“Despite all the drama, Meghan doesn’t understand why she can’t garner support and encouragement,” the source added.

While the new brand’s products aren’t available to buy yet, Markle sent jars of strawberry jam to select celebrities in April.

Last month, Nacho Figueras posted a photo of a jar of raspberry jam from Markle’s new lifestyle label, along with a picture of her dog sitting next to a glass jar of dog treats.

However, it will reportedly be Markle’s rosé wine that will be sold to the public first.

People close to Markle say the brand’s name is a tribute to Santa Barbara, California, which has been nicknamed “America’s Riviera” for over a century.

It’s also where she and Harry live with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibeth.

Additionally, the trademark application says the brand plans to sell tableware, drinkware, decanters, kitchen linens and edible confections such as jellies, jams, marmalades and spreads.

The trademark application is pending review and is seeking approval for the cookbook.
