But Indiana survived with a 10-5 run, including Clark’s final two assists.

This came as Clark was on the verge of receiving the most votes for next Saturday’s All-Star Game. She was the only player to receive more than 700,000 votes. Her Fever teammate Aaliyah Boston came in second and A’ja Wilson came in third.

Perhaps Clarke was watching Angel Reese’s record 14 consecutive double-doubles, which remains the league record. Reese received the fifth-most votes, and she and Clarke are the only two rookies to be named All-Stars.
