Former First Lady Melania Trump is reportedly scheduled to attend the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin next week.
The former first lady plans to attend the convention where her husband, former President Donald Trump, is expected to be nominated, two people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.
The convention, scheduled to run from July 15 to 18, will be Melania Trump’s first appearance in months to support her husband’s presidential campaign.

Melania Trump has reportedly kept a low profile since living in the White House, focusing primarily on raising her teenage son, Barron.
She has made brief appearances at major events alongside Donald Trump, including his Super Tuesday victory party and his 78th birthday party in June.
Donald Trump described her as an “introvert” who doesn’t like the spotlight but can withstand pressure for her own good.

“You know, a lot of first ladies go out. They want to go everywhere. They get upset if their husbands don’t introduce them,” Trump said at a Fox News town hall in February. “If I didn’t introduce Melania, she would be very happy. She’s just a weird kind of person.”
He also praised her care for Barron and her personal philanthropy.
“Her life revolves around that boy. That’s very important to her,” Trump said at the town hall. “But it also revolves around our country and its success. She’s raised a lot of money for charities. She’s a private person.”

Another member of the Trump family, Lara Trump, currently serves as co-chair of the Republican National Committee.
Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump are also scheduled to attend.
