Dramatic video taken at former President Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday shows the chaotic moments after attendees realized someone was armed.
Video taken from the auditorium shows Trump speaking onstage, and seconds later, someone can be heard yelling, “He’s got a gun!”
Several people in the crowd appeared to realize someone had a weapon before shots rang out, and footage showed nearby people erupting in confusion.
“He’s got a gun!” one attendee yells.

“He’s on the roof!” another yells.
Then multiple gunshots rang out, and a video still playing shows protesters running for cover.
He could be heard advising others to stay away from the building where the shooter was.
Seconds later, the video showed the gunman being neutralized, and one witness said he saw his body.
“He’s dead. I just saw his hair stand up. He was shot in the head,” the man said.
Officials later confirmed on Saturday that the shooter and another person at the rally were killed. The attempted assassination drew an outpouring of sympathy from both sides of the political aisle, with President Biden reporting a phone call to congratulate President Trump.

“We have been informed of the shooting at a Donald Trump rally in Pennsylvania,” Biden’s initial statement began. “We are grateful to hear that he is safe and well.”
“As we await more information, I am praying for him, his family and all those who were at the rally. Jill and I are grateful to the Secret Service for transporting him to safety,” Biden added. “This type of behavior will not be tolerated. Violence in AmericaWe must come together as one nation to condemn this.”
Attorney General Merrick Garland also confirmed that the Department of Justice is investigating the shooting.
“I have been briefed on the shooting at former President Trump’s rally, and have briefed the president. The FBI, ATF, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and Department of Defense National Security Agency “We are currently working with the Secret Service and our state and local law enforcement partners on the scene in Butler, Pennsylvania,” Garland said.

“My thoughts are with the former president, those injured and the families of the spectators who died in this horrific attack,” he added.
