NBC is MSNBC Morning Joe The network will halt its broadcast Monday morning to continue coverage of the aftermath of Saturday’s assassination attempt on President Donald Trump as the Republican National Convention (RNC) gets underway in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

MSNBC did not air its popular political discussion show “Morning Joe” on Monday, opting instead to continue breaking news coverage of the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.
The progressive news network confirmed its decision to drop the influential and highly-watched morning show following an investigation by CNN on Sunday night. The network said the show would return to the air on Tuesday.

A person familiar with the matter told CNN that the decision was made to prevent one of the show’s more than 20 guests from making an inappropriate comment on air that could be used to attack the show or the network as a whole. Given that this was breaking news, it made more sense to keep breaking news on air during politically charged moments, the person said.
Morning JoeThe show, led by husband-and-wife hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, has become a fountainhead of anti-Trump hysteria and pro-Biden propaganda. Scarborough, in particular, Despised Those who reported on Biden’s mental decline in the weeks following his stunning performance in last month’s presidential debate.
“Start the recording right now. I’m going to tell you the truth. If you can’t accept the truth, fuck you. This version of Biden is the best Biden we’ve ever had, intellectually and analytically,” Scarborough said three months ago.
The show and its guests have frequently expressed intense hatred for Trump, which critics say fosters an atmosphere of hostility.
