Biden Campaign Chair — ‘We Had Two Very, Very, Very…Very Bad Weeks’

“It’s been a very, very, very tough, very bad two weeks. A really bad two weeks, to be honest with you,” Jen O’Malley Dillon, chair of former Vice President Joe Biden’s struggling reelection campaign, acknowledged on an all-hands campaign conference call last week. This was before the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.

The far-left Axios Reports This is based on call recordings.

And she urged everyone to ignore the “fucking crazy gossip world.”

“These past two weeks have been really awful and really hard, there’s no question about that,” she added, “and it’s been hard for all of us because we’re doing our jobs.”

Seeking to inspire a campaign team already leaking doom and gloom to the corporate media, she said, “If we can get through these two weeks that we’re going through now, we can get through anything.”

She quoted Mike Donilan, Biden’s top political adviser, as saying, “I’ve never seen a presidential candidate face more challenges than Joe Biden. You know what Joe Biden does every single day? He gets up and keeps fighting.”

Regarding the polls, she acknowledged that “there has been a slight dip, but nothing significant, nothing big, nothing that hits rock bottom,” and said the polls are “consistent with what we’re seeing in our polling. What we’re seeing is that this is still a race within the margin of error and the campaign is still ‘bullish’ about winning North Carolina.”

From my perspective, this is mostly correct and not that surprising. I have written “I don’t think the debate hurt Biden as much as some of the panicked people are making it out to be,” he said a few days after the debate.[.]”The problem is that the Democrats and corporate media were trying to cover up Biden’s mental and physical decline, and it didn’t work. Everyone knew Biden was old and frail. The debate was not a surprise to me, or to anyone living outside the CNNLOL bubble.”

But the Democrats and the media were convinced they had fooled us, which meant in their delusion that Biden’s dismal performance would be a game-changer.

That wasn’t the case.

And after the NATO press conference, I’m pretty sure Biden will be the nominee, barring any major events.

Let’s not forget, this is still a close race and all this bluster from the Democrats and corporate media has absolutely nothing to do with Biden’s mental frailty. Their only concern is beating Donald Trump, and they’re happy to admit that.

If Biden was in a total coma and beat Trump by five points, he would be described as “very smart.”

If Biden survives, the media fallout after the Democratic Convention will be laughable. Don’t worry, he’s fine. He’s fine.
