Amber Rose is an OnlyFans model and SlutWalk organizer who rose to fame after her highly publicized relationships with famous rappers such as Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa.
Now she’s back in the spotlight again, this time as a speaker at the Republican National Convention.
“I’m here tonight to tell you that no matter your political background, our best chance to give babies a better life is to elect Donald Trump as president of the United States,” Rose told the crowd in a five-minute speech.
Allie Beth Stuckey I’m not happy with that decision.
“Look, I’m happy to have her vote. I’m happy to have people like her vote. I’m not saying we’re the gatekeepers and there’s only one way to vote Republican, but do we need someone like her speaking at the Republican National Convention?” Stuckey said.
Stuckey also finds Rose’s previous praise of Satanism in an interview less appealing.
“I’m not a Satanist,” Rose said in an interview. “Satanists are atheists too, but they’re more political. Yes. They’re, I mean, actually a very rational, logical religion. They help a lot of people, a lot of women, get abortions even though, you know, abortion is illegal in the southern states.”
“She’s an adult performer,” Stuckey says, “not someone who was an adult performer and then changed. She still is. And she’s pro-life. She was just saying on her podcast recently that she really identifies with and respects Satanism as a religion because it helps women have abortions.”
Rose is an atheist, but Stuckey has hope for her.
“Of course, anyone can be saved. I’m happy to be friends with this person and be able to talk to her, and I hope Christ will save her,” she said.
