Former President Trump arrived on the final night of the 2024 Republican National Convention and walked out to AC/DC’s “Back in Black” in front of a raucous crowd.
Members of the Trump family, including former first lady Melania Trump, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, are expected to sit in the family box when the former president takes to the stage for his highly-anticipated speech tonight.
Also sitting in the same box as the Trump family were country music star Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany Aldean.

The Aldeans have been vocal supporters of Trump for years, and after last weekend’s assassination attempt, Aldean posted a message of support and congratulations to “45” on Instagram.
“This is what a warrior looks like!” Aldean wrote in the caption accompanying a photo of Trump, his face bloodied and his arm raised to the air at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. “@realdonaldtrump We are thinking of you and praying for you and your family. God has bigger plans for you, my friend, and I think we all know by now what they are.”
The “She’s Country” singer concluded, “My heart also goes out to the victim’s family, who will be the ones picking up the pieces from the remains of this despicable act.”
In the assassination attempt, volunteer firefighter Corey Comperatore, 50, was killed while trying to shield his family from bullets and two other people at the rally were wounded.
Brittany Aldean also shared the same photo on her own account, writing, “They’re already so messed up.”

“What a sad day in history. But what a fighter he is,” she wrote. “Trump 2024.”
In November 2023, the five-time Grammy-nominated artist released the song “Try That in a Small Town,” which is featured on his album Highway Desperado, and it generated a lot of buzz.
Jason Aldean is ‘a little rough sometimes’ but still ‘proud’ of America
The song’s music video sparked controversy when it was first shown to fans, showing a building burning and rioters setting fire to a police car. Aldean released the video years after violent protests and looting that occurred just months after the police killing of George Floyd in Minnesota.
Country Music Television pulled the video following the backlash.
The song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, who received a lot of backlash at the time, voiced her support for Aldean and the song, saying she was “shocked” by the attempts to “cancel” him. She has invited Aldean to perform at the state’s Mount Rushmore anytime soon.
Aldean is scheduled to perform tomorrow night in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
