Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) responded to President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race, saying Biden’s presumptive successor, Kamala Harris, is “the new representative of the deep state.”
As Breitbart News reported on Sunday, Joe Biden made a historic decision not seen since Democrat Lyndon Baines Johnson refused to run for reelection in 1968. When Biden later endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the party’s flag bearer, Democrats quickly endorsed Biden and celebrated the move.
“Serving as your president has been the honor of my life,” Biden said in a statement. “While I intended to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and our country that I step down and focus solely on fulfilling the duties of my presidency for the remainder of my term.”
In a video posted to X, Gabbard made the statement from the streets of Rome, saying Kamala Harris would propose the exact same policies as Biden.
“Biden is out and Kamala is in. Don’t be fooled. Policies will not change. Just as Biden was not in charge, neither is Kamala Harris. She is the new representative of the Deep State and a servant of the Queen of Warmongers, Hillary Clinton, who will continue to try to plunge the world into war and take away our freedoms,” she said in the caption.

Several social media users also began circulating a video of Tulsi and Kamala Harris at a Democratic presidential debate in which Tulsi accused Harris of allegedly violating her civil rights while she was a prosecutor in California.
