The actress’ emotional tribute, which included a photo of herself wearing blue silk pyjamas and a birthday crown and standing in front of a cake, came two months after speculation of a breakup between her and Affleck flared.
Their love story began in 2002 and they were engaged for two years before splitting up, marrying other people and having children together.
The two reconciled in 2021 and got married in Las Vegas the following year.
Earlier this month, a source told Page Six that the pair’s romance has been “over” since March, but that Affleck, 51, remains “very protective” of his partner.
The actor did not attend Lopez’s epic “Bridgerton”-themed birthday lunch and subsequent celebration in the Hamptons this week.
