Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with lame-duck President Joe Biden.

The two men met at the White House on Thursday, touting decades of cooperation on shared challenges.
They said they look forward to working together in the final months of Biden’s term, hoping to end the war in Gaza and bring stability to the Middle East.
Biden stressed that he will continue to work to strengthen Israeli and American national security, as he claims he has done since entering politics.
“I’m looking forward to it, too. By the way, my first meeting with Golda Meir, and sitting next to her was an assistant named Rabin,” Biden said. “That was so long ago. I was only 12 years old. Anyway, I want to thank you all for being here.”
This came ahead of a meeting between Prime Minister Netanyahu and leading Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
In addition, the Israeli leader is scheduled to meet with 45 people.Number He will meet with President Donald Trump on Friday and the two are expected to discuss how to achieve peace in the Middle East.
