First appeared on FOX: A conservative think tank has launched an eight-figure effort to highlight Vice President Kamala Harris’ record on parental rights and transgender issues, in a move its founder says will portray the Democratic front-runner as an “extremist” on those issues.
“The American Principles Project just launched our $18 million, seven-state, 7 million-voter Every Family Votes campaign in the most crucial battleground states in the country. This is critical to the presidential election, but also to securing a Senate majority if President Trump wins,” Terry Schilling, executive director of the American Principles Project, told Fox News Digital.
““It’s clear to us and to millions of Americans who care about American families that this November will be the most important election in a long time for protecting parental rights and the innocence of children, especially given the positions and actions Kamala Harris has taken over the years,” Schilling said. “We intend to make sure voters across the country know just how radical Kamala Harris is when it comes to protecting children, preserving decency and civility, and protecting parental rights.”“
Schilling told Fox News Digital that ads examining Harris’ record have already been released, including: Viral Advertising The criticism from Pennsylvania Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick is “just the tip of the iceberg.”

“For example, Kamala, as Attorney General of California, First in history “We have taxpayer-funded sex-reassignment surgery for an inmate,” Schilling said. “We have a convicted murderer who has taxpayer-funded sex-reassignment surgery and then he’s released on parole to have his sex changed. It’s just insane.”
Schilling added, “Kamala is against parents’ rights to protect their children from extreme ideas about gender. She’s against protecting women’s sports when it comes to these procedures. The list goes on and on, but she’s going to make sure every persuadable voter knows just how crazy and radical Kamala Harris is.”

Schilling said the issues the group will focus on are Harris’ support for the Equality Act, which would include gender identity in civil rights law, and the Biden administration’s support for biological males in women’s sports.
Schilling said the group “intends to investigate and expose her record over the past four years.”
“In a Biden administration, we will make sure voters know that she was part of the war on the Biden family,” Schilling said, adding that the “lamestream media”‘s unwillingness to cover such issues makes APP’s work even more important.

““Our job is to make sure every voter across the country knows that Kamala Harris will take away our right as parents to protect our children from all the negative influences in our culture,” Schilling said.
“She will not protect our schools. She will not protect them. She will not improve our schools. Instead, we are going to let every voter know that we are going to do the work of the mainstream media and let voters know how radical and extreme Kamala is when it comes to the American family.”
Schilling also told Fox News Digital that he was impressed with how focused former President Trump was on the issues APP is trying to highlight.
“President Trump is committed to protecting American families,” Schilling said. “Protecting children and protecting parental rights are issues he’s been passionate about and led on from the beginning, so it’s only natural for us to endorse him in a major campaign like the one we’re running now.”
Fox News Digital reached out to Harris’ campaign for comment but did not receive a response.
