Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were hit with a $6,000 tax lien while separated.
According to official documents obtained by Page Six on Saturday, a $6,542 state tax lien issued by the state of California on Friday was placed on the couple’s Encino, California, residence.
Daily Mailwhich first reported the news, said the seizure was due to 2022 debt.
The estranged couple purchased the massive 10,000-square-foot home in 2017 for $8.3 million.
Richards, 55, confirmed that the agency founder, 54, moved out of the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in May.
Umansky is believed to have moved into a West Hollywood mansion worth millions of dollars, and he’s reportedly now neighbours with Matt Damon, who owns an $8.6 million property.
It’s unclear how the reality TV stars plan to handle the seizure, but this isn’t the first time they’ve had claims against real estate they own.
According to the Mail, Richards and Umansky received a state tax lien in April 2022 for $13,707.47 in unpaid taxes for 2020. The couple paid off the debt in July 2022, the Mail reported.
But just a few months later, on Dec. 14, 2022, Umansky’s UMRO Realty Corp., doing business as The Agency, was hit with liens in the amounts of $16,777.97, $3,454.41, $2,120.67 and $269.47.
On Dec. 20, 2023, he reportedly received three more garnishment orders for $4,673.64, $3,878.19 and $290.15.
The “Buying Beverly Hills” star has offices in Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Marina del Rey, Pasadena and Sherman Oaks, California.
However, his company boasts 115 offices in a total of 12 countries.
Page Six has not immediately received a response from representatives for Umansky and Richards on the matter.
The former couple, whose separation was confirmed last July, also own a home together in addition to the Encino property.
They sold their tiny residence in September 2022 for $7.75 million and picked up a $13.6 million vacation home in Aspen, Colorado.

Richards quickly flew out to the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival to support Morgan Wade’s show.
The two have been rumored to be dating since last year, but the Bravolebrity has denied any such romance.
