In the few days since Biden and many other Democrats announced their support for Harris, the race has begun to erase her terrible record from memory and give her the impression of a good record, or at least a clean slate.
A number of articles have appeared over the past week attempting to tout Biden’s so-called accomplishments. Slate magazine published an article He touts Biden’s “true legacy” of “full employment” and claims that “Biden’s labor market will more than offset rising household costs.” Tell that to Main Street, America. vote The survey found that 39% of Americans “always worry that their family’s income is not enough to cover expenses,” a figure two percentage points higher than in the same survey conducted during the Great Recession.

Another Axios article reported that “Harris, Biden’s pick to lead the border, said she would investigate the ‘root causes’ that drive migration.” Following online backlash, the editorial commentary was published. Hastily added“This story has been updated and clarified to clarify that Axios was among the news outlets that incorrectly referred to Harris as ‘border minister’ in 2021.”
The mainstream media will continue to try to persuade them, but the Biden administration’s record belongs to Kamala Harris.
