ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — New Mexico officials announced Wednesday that recent unannounced inspections of nursing homes across New Mexico found at least one violation at 88% of the facilities. Just 11 of the 91 nursing homes received a perfect score, while 55 received a 90% rating, according to state health officials. Four nursing homes, two each in Albuquerque and New Mexico, were found to have violated the rules.
