Black activists who support Kamala Harris say ‘ F— the white women’

The two black female activists, who have met with Harris several times and previously pledged to “seriously” support her to become the next president, may alienate some of their “white women for Kamala” supporters with their past comments as they rally ahead of the November election.

Cora Masters Barry, a longtime civil rights activist who was appointed by D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, a Democrat, and Melanie Campbell, who heads the National Coalition for Black Civic Participation, have collectively visited the White House more than 50 times under Biden, including nearly a dozen with Harris and her staff, according to a Fox News Digital investigation.

Weeks before Biden and Harris were to be sworn in in 2021, Barry and Campbell participated in a public Zoom call in which they made controversial comments about Trump supporters and used expletives against white voters, particularly white women. The comments could spark internal conflict as various coalitions mobilize to send Harris to the White House.

about 164,000 white women Last week, Harris took part in a Zoom call hosted by Moms Demand Action founder Shannon Watts and other female celebrities. The call, titled “White Women, Answer the Call,” has reportedly raised millions of dollars for Harris’ campaign and could be a major fundraising driver in the coming months.

But comments unearthed from the two activists suggest the Harris campaign is mobilizing various voting blocs to He called for “unity.”

Zoom calls with thousands of white women organized by “Moms Demand Action” raised millions of dollars for Harris’ campaign. AP

“If you claim to support unity, it’s not enough to just use that word,” Harris said recently.

“We have to change our strategy. We have to have the talent. They have to have the talent. They’ve covered all the trailer parks.” Barry said during a Zoom call.“All the people in West Virginia and the hill country are being protected. They’re being transported all the way to Wall Street.”

“[Trump] “White men did that and here we are talking about white women. White women are bullshit. Sorry, forget about white women. They only do what white men tell them to do,” Barry continued, eliciting laughter and applause from Campbell.

“That’s what they tell themselves,” Campbell interjected.

“They want to keep smiling and keep leading,” Barry continued, as Campbell responded in approval behind him. “We don’t care about them. We just do what we have to do.”

Barry added that the black community “needs to get serious about organizing to elect Kamala Harris as the next president of the United States” and “we don’t want a women-only parade.”

“If there’s another Women’s March, I’ll be there and blow it up,” Barry said.

Barry also attacked supporters of then-President Trump. Comparing them to the Ku Klux Klan “I’m not saying everyone who voted for Trump is wearing white sheets, but they have white sheets in their closets, and they come out when we start messing around with economic values and the balance of power,” he said.

Barry said at the time that if Biden wins the 2020 election, her group “needs to start organizing to make sure the next president of the United States is a Black woman.”

“And if we don’t reach out to all black people, that’s not going to happen, because they’re the ones that are going to put her in there,” Barry added. “White people are not going to put her in there.”

During the same Zoom call, Campbell was also critical of white women who voted for Trump, saying “race” and “white privilege” were the driving factors behind their votes and that she couldn’t understand how they could support someone who “disrespects you as a woman.”

“Am I surprised? No. Am I frustrated? Yeah, but I’m determined that I have to stand up and find a way to address this,” Campbell said. “What I don’t want to do is have fruitless conversations with my white female friends who tell me, Cora, what I did in 2016, we need to sit down and talk. No, we don’t. You need to go talk to your sister. You need to go talk to your cousin.”

“I don’t want to understand why white people do that. White people do that because that’s what I think they would do if I were them. They’re fighting to maintain control and leadership. That’s what they’re doing. I’m not mad at them. I’m mad at ourselves,” Barry added, referring to the black community.

Near the end of the Zoom call, Barry said it was a “perfect opportunity” to mobilize Black voters and push his agenda because “there’s a lot of white guilt capital out there.”

“I’m going to take it, I’m going to take it into my community, I’m going to radicalize my people so that they come and take your job. I’m saying it’s time to take action,” she continued.

Barry spoke at a private ceremony, praising Farrakhan, who has made anti-Semitic comments for decades, including calling Jews “evil” and likening them to termites. Barry called Farrakhan a “friend” and “family member,” and said he “loves him more than words can express.”

“Minister Farrakhan, we love you more than you love us. You just don’t know it,” she added.

Farrakhan praised Barry, saying, “Thank God for this woman. She’s a treasure. A real treasure.”

Spokespeople for Barry and Campbell have defended the comments about white women, previously telling Fox News Digital that the comments were meant to suggest white women are not reliable Democratic voters and that the vice president was not involved in the conversation.

Barry, Campbell and the Harris campaign did not respond to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.
