Woman Accused of Yanking Down Teen’s Skirt Signs Plea Deal

A 49-year-old Santa Clara, Utah woman has signed a plea deal for allegedly pulling down a teenager’s miniskirt at a restaurant.

According to court documents, Ida Ann Lorenzo pleaded “no contest” to one misdemeanor count of sexual assault in connection with the incident, KTVX said. report Thursday.

According to the agreement, the woman will remain in custody for a year and the case will be dismissed as long as she complies with conditions including not engaging in any illegal activity, having no contact with the victim and undergoing a mental health evaluation.

During the interaction at the restaurant, Lorenzo threatened to call Child Protective Services (CPS) and, after a video of the incident went viral, subsequently reported the online harassment to police.
