A new Republican-led congressional report shockingly reveals that “at least 99” illegal immigrants who were on terrorism watch lists have been released into the US under the Biden-Harris administration.

The House Homeland Security Committee issued a subpoena to the Department of Homeland Security after reports emerged that immigrants on terrorist watch lists were being released into the United States.
After those reports became more apparent and more widespread, committee Chairman Mark Green (R-Tenn.) wanted to investigate further.
“We know that people on terror watch lists have been arrested. Some have been released domestically. We would like to know the details of how authorities are handling that,” Green said.
“Under the Biden-Harris Administration, of the more than 250 undocumented immigrants on the terrorism watch list encountered by Border Patrol at the Southwest border between FY2021 and FY2023, DHS has released at least 99 into American communities and at least 34 remain in DHS custody but have not yet been removed from the United States,” the House Republican report states.
The report also found that immigration judges have granted bail to at least 27 people who were on the FBI’s terrorist watch list and had entered the United States illegally.
The report also found that Border Patrol encountered tens of thousands of migrants from countries that may pose national security risks, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen and Syria.
“This does not include the countless potential terrorists among the approximately 2 million ‘fugitives’ who have evaded Border Patrol and entered the United States since the Bien-Harris Administration took office,” the report said.
Record numbers of migrants crossing the southern border illegally have spurred entry attempts by terrorist organizations, with the Department of Homeland Security identifying more than 400 people who have been smuggled into the United States by ISIS-linked smuggling networks in recent months.
“National security experts and immigration officials are increasingly concerned about the terrorism threat emanating from the border, and it is clear that policymakers must take all necessary steps to secure the border and stop the flow of illegal immigrants. Yet the Biden-Harris Administration refuses to address the national security nightmare created by its radical open border policies,” the report states.
