Is JD Vance really a “weird guy”?
Kamala Harris and the Democrats want you to believe he is. Check this out: montage.
If you ever doubted the existence of a central body, like the Soviet Politburo, which sends daily talking points from the Party to the mainstream, lying, old-school media dog-dog propagandists, you need doubt no more. Watching the montage, it is hard not to believe that opposition research is presented as a script that all agents/journalists must follow.
But are the Republican vice president’s statements and beliefs really “strange” or unusual?
Listen to what the person has to say, go to the original source, not a judgmental piece or snippet of speech taken out of context.
Three years ago, before he was elected to the Senate and became its most MAGA-like member, Vance appeared on my show, America First, to air his worldview and critique of the Western ruling “elites.” Thank you, anti-American pearl-clutchers at Media Matters. Keep the interview foreverbut for providing a transcript of what was said. (I’m not NPR, so I don’t get $500 million in tax dollars every year to hire stenographers!)
The point JD made so eloquently that day, and many times over, was, A longer discourse‘s criticism is simple: people who do not have children have, by definition, a different sense of responsibility for the future than people who have children and grandchildren. (This is not a criticism of people who cannot have children; he is careful to make that distinction.)
Having little material investment in the afterlife usually remains a personal issue, but not when such people hold positions of power and are in a position to make strategic decisions for millions of their compatriots. And at the time of the interview, several of our civilization’s nation-states were run by what JD calls a “childless cabal,” from President Macron of France to Chancellor Merkel of Germany, Prime Minister Theresa May of the UK, and Prime Minister Gentiloni of Italy.
There is nothing “strange” about observing that those without children of their own, like Kamala Harris, are less concerned and less serious about the future of their country if they have no descendants to suffer or benefit from the decisions made during their time in office.
JD Vance is married to Usha Vance, of Indian descent, whom he met at Yale Law School, and they have three young children. His story is more incredible than it is strange – the epitome of the “American Dream.” From a boy born into a working-class community and raised by a single mother with drug addiction problems, he broke the limitations of his “Hilly Billy” environment to join the Marines, become a venture capitalist, work for Peter Thiel, write a best-selling autobiography, and become the Republican vice presidential nominee before his 40th birthday.
(I usually can’t stand autobiographies, especially those written by people in their 30s. Hillbilly Elegy This book is the best book I’ve ever read about why President Trump won and why working class Americans love a billionaire from New York. Thanks to Steve Bannon for telling me I should read this book when we worked together in the Trump White House.
So who is the real weirdo? The answer is self-evident when you consider what the Democratic Party stands for and what they fight for every day. This is not the party of JFK. From open borders to Tens of millions of illegal immigrants, Funding your most fearsome enemies, Police budget cuts, imprison political opponentsThese Democrats who are promoting the cult of transgenderism aren’t just “weirdos” – they’re America-hating perverts. And we have a right to condemn their ideologically-driven insanity. (For a provocative article on exactly how to do that, see my friend Kurt Schlichter’s Latest Update on Candidate Kamala).
On our side of the political chasm, what do we have to say about our leaders?
They have children, like JD and President Trump, and as a result have to be more concerned about the future than those without children.More than that, their commitment to America is the ultimate level of devotion.
Being a Marine, wearing the flag of the Republic and serving in a war zone, meant that J.D. Vance made the ultimate commitment to America. He was deployed to a war zone where he might lose his life to perform his duty as a combatant. Though he only attended a military high school and never served in the military, President Trump is just as much a warrior as his new vice president. He is the man who got shot. Democratic Party donorsI didn’t withdraw, I just committed myself. Return to Butler, Pennsylvania An assassin’s bullet nearly took his life. If you doubt his innate warrior spirit, go back. Watch the video again That he was shot and how he reacted.
President Trump and Senator Vance are clearly prepared to give their lives for America, perhaps because they are so committed to the future of the country they will leave to their children, the children they have raised and are raising.
To whom will you entrust the future of our country? The “childless cabal” driven by radical and perverse leftist ideology, or the fathers willing to give their lives for the Stars and Stripes?
