RFK Jr. claims he will be on the ballot in all 50 states

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. asserted Friday that he will run in all 50 states.

“We now have enough signatures to submit to all 50 states. Most of the states have submitted it. Some states have not yet approved it, but it will definitely be on the ballot in all 50 states,” Kennedy said. The Fox News anchor said Neil Cavuto’s show, “Your World with Neil Cavuto.”

According to The Hill/Decision Desk’s ballot access tracking system, Kennedy has been confirmed as eligible to vote in 15 states, including key battleground states such as Michigan, Nevada and North Carolina.

“Neil, many states won’t certify until mid-August, so … we’ve submitted our signatures, the signatures will be accepted and they will be certified,” Kennedy said.

Kennedy is trailing well behind Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Harris and Republican vice presidential nominee former President Trump, in an average of national polls by The Hill/Decision Desk, with Harris currently at 46.7% approval, Trump at 43.5% and Kennedy at 3.4%.

Trump took a hit. Popular podcasters Joe Rogan said Friday after praising Kennedy.

“It’ll be interesting to see how loudly Joe Rogan gets booed the next time he steps into the UFC ring??? MAGA2024,” Trump said on Truth Social.

Logan said on Thursday’s podcast that he is a “fan” of Kennedy.

“To me, he’s the only one who makes sense,” Logan said. “He’s the only one who doesn’t attack people, he attacks actions and ideas, but he’s much more rational and intelligent. I mean, he’s an environmental lawyer, he worked on cleaning up the East River. He’s a decent human being.”
