A Connecticut middle school lunch attendant accused of sexually abusing and luring a 14-year-old boy has accepted a plea deal to avoid a trial.
Andy Rosafort, 33, pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault and impairing the morals of a child during a hearing Thursday in Danbury state court, according to the Connecticut Superior Court Clerk’s Office.

Rosafort, a lunch assistant at New Fairfield Middle School, is accused of sending illicit photos to students she met at the school.

The boy asked the school lunch attendant if she’d sent him the explicit photo by mistake, and she sent him a second nude photo, according to the affidavit.
“For months, Rosafort allegedly continued to send the victim unsolicited nude photos and videos of himself masturbating,” WTNH reported. “The victim also told police that Rosafort would attend sports games and send her videos of him playing, according to the affidavit.”
