Former President Donald Trump said during a conversation with Elon Musk at X-Space on Monday that President Joe Biden’s removal from the 2024 election was a “coup by the president of the United States.”
“[Vice President Kamala Harris] “He hasn’t given an interview since this fraud began,” Trump said, “and no matter what you say, this was a coup. This was a coup by the president of the United States.”

“[Biden] “They didn’t want to leave,” Trump continued, “and they said, ‘Do it the easy way, or do it the hard way.'”
Trump added, “What they did to this guy… I’m not a fan of his, but he was a terrible president. The worst president ever. First of all, the Israeli attack would never have happened, Russia would never have attacked Ukraine, there would have been no inflation, there would have been no chaos in Afghanistan.”
“Think about it: The world would be different if some of these things went away,” former President Trump said. “Think about it: Four years ago, we were so well respected.”
Trump also noted that while in office he told Russian President Putin “you can’t do that” regarding his desire to invade Ukraine.
“And I told him what I was going to do. [if Putin invaded Ukraine]”He said, ‘No way,’ and I said, ‘Sure,’ and, you know, that was the last time we had that conversation,” Trump said.
“He would never have done that. I got on well with him and I hope we can get on well again. Getting on well with him is a good thing, not a bad thing,” Trump added.
“I’ve had a good relationship with Kim Jong Un,” Trump continued. “I met with President Obama just before I came in. [office]I sat down with him and we talked. I said, ‘What is your biggest problem?’ and he said, ‘North Korea.’ I solved that problem right away.”
“It started off badly,” Trump said, to which Musk joked: “That was a great tweet, by the way.”
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said, “The nuclear button is always on my desk. Can someone in his regime, where food is running low and food is scarce, please tell him that I also have a nuclear button, but it’s much bigger and more powerful than his, and that my button works?”

Trump added that Kim “told me he has a red button on his desk.”
“I said, ‘I have a red button on my desk, but my red button is much bigger and it works,’ and out of the blue he called me and said he wanted to meet with me,” Trump said.
“We met in Singapore, we met in Vietnam. I got on very well with him. There was no danger. But President Obama thought we were going to end up in war with him, nuclear war,” the 45th president added.
Musk agreed, adding that “someone like Kim Jong Un responds to strength, not weakness.”
