That’s a very important issue.
A home chef was stunned when he turned up the heat on his electric stove and discovered that the volume on his wireless headphones had also increased.
The astonished chef recounted the incident in detail: Reddit postHe revealed that he was wearing noise-canceling Bluetooth earphones while cooking pancakes on his Siemens stove.
“When cooking on an induction stove with the Sony WH1000 XM4 on, the touch controls on the headphones react to the magnetic field from the stove, allowing you to change the volume, pause, play…” wrote a Reddit user.
There is little research into the effects of electric heaters on wireless earphones.
However, the magnetic field from this device has been known to interfere with the following electronic devices: pacemaker and Digital meat thermometer.
For this reason, many culinary experts recommend using an analog meat thermometer when cooking on an electric stove.

Reddit users were stunned by the fact that the stove’s buttons could control headphones, with one user bluntly writing: “That’s so weird.”
“I have the same stove and headphones,” a second person said. “Now I feel like I have an obligation to try this for science.”
However, some people noticed that the magnetic field was interfering with other electronic devices as well.
“My mom’s TV remote would change the fan speed,” one person said. “It was really annoying.”
Another person found the phenomenon much less frustrating, saying: “I can turn my electric fireplace on and off with the volume buttons on my TV remote. It’s so convenient for me – it’s one less remote I have to use.”
