Swimsuit model Nina Agdal is reportedly suing influencer Hassan Haider for defamation, claiming that Haider posted false, damaging stories about her online.
Agdal claimed that Haider targeted her as part of a smear campaign launched by MMA star Dillon Danis. TMZAgdal reportedly claimed that Haider made false and defamatory accusations about her in an attempt to gain media attention for her fight with Danis, who will face her fiancé Logan Paul in October 2023. According to TMZ, court documents filed by Agdal allege that Haider had sex with her in a bathroom after bribing her with a bag of cocaine, something Agdal has denied.

Agdal's court filings, according to TMZ, allege that Haider fabricated a story about meeting her at a Los Angeles bar and having sex with her for drugs, then livestreamed the story. The outlet also claimed that Haider published a YouTube video with the same lie to thousands of followers.
According to TMZ, legal documents state that Haider was using the fabricated story to increase his own fame and popularity as part of a highly publicized harassment campaign waged against Danis.

The tense and tumultuous social media exchanges allegedly began when Danis bullied Agdal by posting messages about her on his X account and Instagram account, according to TMZ. The model filed for a restraining order against Danis in 2023 and was granted it by a judge.
Agdal is reportedly suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation, and is seeking unspecified damages.
