Kamala Harris’s Hires Anti-Israel ‘Faith Outreach’ Director, Jen Butler

Vice President Kamala Harris appointed the Rev. Jen Butler as her campaign's new director of “faith outreach” amid criticism from Jews unhappy with Butler's extreme anti-Israel views and past support for anti-Semite Linda Sarsour.

Watchdog group StopAntisemitism posted its concerns on social media on Thursday.

Butler removed some of her older posts but not others praising other Harris hires, including Jewish Affairs Director Ilan Goldenberg, who has led the effort on sanctions against Israel, and Muslim Affairs Director Nasrina Barji, who has taken rabid anti-Israel positions and rejected the idea that violent anti-Israel protests on campus are anti-Semitic.

Other Jewish critics have also sounded the alarm.

Butler continues the Harris campaign's anti-Israel and even anti-Semitic hiring spree.

She also holds other extreme views and is a veteran of radical protest movements. Arrested During a protest at the Capitol in 2017 against Republican legislation to repeal and replace Obamacare. (Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., helped defeat the bill.)
