What’s CUT OUT of 18-minute CNN interview with Harris, Walz?

Editor's note: At the time of recording, the interview was reported to be only 18 minutes long. Blaze News has received information that the 18-minute discussion was only the first part of the entire interview. The title of this article was updated on August 30, 2024 at 6:00 PM ET to reflect this information. The original story is as follows:

After not giving interviews for weeks, Vice President Harris finally gave an interview Thursday night with CNN's Dana Bash, who endorsed Biden and Harris.

However, there were a few things to note.

The interview was pre-recorded, featured Harris' running mate, Tim Walz, and lasted a whopping 18 minutes.

Former President Donald Trump, like his running mate J.D. Vance, has given a number of lengthy solo interviews and has been unimpressed.

“I find it crazy that she hasn't spoken to the press in months. She hasn't spoken to anybody. She's emulating — they'd call it a treadmill — everything I've believed for the last 20 years,” Trump said in an interview with the Daily Mail.

“Now she's saying we're going to do fracking, we're going to build a wall, and she's not saying that because she's a Marxist. She's totally Marxist, or worse, and nobody's ever seen anything like it. She rolled back about 14 different policies at once,” Trump continued.

“She's only doing it to win the election, but I don't think the public will tolerate that,” he added.

“The only thing she's not being completely communist about is copying Donald Trump's style.” Sara Gonzalez Commenters on “Sara Gonzalez Unfiltered” point out that the length of the interview is particularly frightening.

“My first reaction was, wait a minute, it was only 18 minutes, there's no way it could last 30 minutes, maybe 45 minutes,” Gonzalez asked, adding, “What level of disaster are we talking about?”

“Well, this was definitely staged, so there's probably a teleprompter and she asked for the debate notes so she probably has them,” Dallas County Republican Chairman Allen West said.

“What a disgrace that this guy wants to be commander in chief, wants to be president of the United States when he can't stand up for himself and he needs a crutch, or multiple crutches. So I think this whole thing is going to backfire and fall apart,” he added.
