South Carolina Man Arrested After Remains of Missing Woman Found Under His Fire Pit
Whiteside and Fogle lived together on South 1st Street, and after interviewing neighbors, officers said they had reason to believe the victim was buried in the backyard of the home.
On June 12, 2024, investigators obtained a search warrant for the property. During the search, police say… Whiteside's body was recovered and identified. According to police, Fogle was arrested on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Broughton Street in Orangeburg.

Friday, WPDE Reported The judge did not set bail for Fogle.
“A Myrtle Beach judge said the case will be referred to General Court. Upcoming trials are scheduled for Oct. 25 and Dec. 13,” the media outlet reported.
