Incumbent Vice President Kamala Harris capped off an already awful week with a thorough attack on 13 Gold Star families, then a garish outburst in her stupid, incompetent face.
First, let's look back at the past seven days.
As I said last week, Kamala Harris is running a terrible presidential campaign. She came off the best six weeks a presidential candidate has ever had, six weeks filled with billions of dollars of corporate media endorsement and promotion, and then it all fell apart at the Democratic National Convention.
No backlash after the tournament
A country gripped by the brutality of record inflation, two deadly overseas wars, a surge in violent crime, and an open southern border that is pouring the horrors of the Third World into the once bucolic Aurora, Colorado, America was crying out for answers, a vision, an idea of where the next president was going to lead us. But Kamala delivered policy-free platitudes, empty rhetoric, a hate campaign against Trump, and an optimistic story. The result was…
There was a lot of gushing from gerbils like CNN's Jake Tapper, but no post-convention polling response.
The RealClearPolitics average of national polls showed Kamala holding a 1.7 percentage point lead nationally over former President Trump on the final day of the convention. Today, her lead is 1.8 pointsBy comparison, on the same day during her losing campaign, Hillary Clinton held a 4.9-point lead.
Barring any contingencies that are always possible, Kamala’s approval rating is at a peak that is statistically tied, and polls consistently underestimate Trump’s approval rating.

The rules for next week's presidential debate between Harris and Trump were all set and agreed upon, and then, for some ridiculous reason, Kamala went on a bizarre week-long whining spree to change the rules, which not only made her look weak, but also made her lose a fight she started and make her look like what she really is: incompetent.
McDonald's Gate
A big part of Kamala's drive to create a mythology about her political rise has to do with her repeated claim that she worked at McDonald's while in college, which became a central part of her biography and was featured in recent election ads.
However, so far, no reports have been able to prove that she worked at McDonald's.
So far, Harris' campaign has not provided any details to back up that claim.
I'm just a year younger than Kamala. In 1982, I worked at a McDonald's in Delafield, Wisconsin for a few months (for the record, I was the worst employee and I'm embarrassed about those months now). See how easy it is?
If Kamala lied, the corporate media can't screw her over like they did with the Tim Waltz defamation case. Either she lied or she didn't.
That disastrous CNNLOL interview
Kamala had six weeks to prepare, she had Obama's A-team prepping her, she had a sycophantic interviewer in the awful Dana Bash at CNN, she had a network of sycophants desperate to make her look good…and she ultimately failed.
Incredibly, she offered no answer as to what she would do as president on her first day in office, nor did she offer an answer to the allegations that she was reversing the radical views she had held for 20 years. She looked weak, unsure, and most of all, unpresidential. The impression of the interview, the dark warehouse atmosphere, was bad enough, but Kamala looked like a little kid who had finally been allowed to have a seat at the grown-ups' table. Her decision to take on running mate Tim “Stolen Valor” Waltz made her look especially weak. And…
Open borders/No private insurance/Defund the police/Free health care for illegals/Ban fracking/A San Francisco extremist foolishly told the world three times, “My values haven't changed” and within hours, the now-fully engaged Trump campaign had seized on the statement to launch one destructive meme after another.
Those stupid words will haunt her until November.
Above all, Kamala has played squarely into the Trump campaign's argument that she can't handle the pressure to go off script.

Kamala destroys 13 Gold Star families
Kamala's incredibly stupid and cruel tweet on Saturday afternoon, accusing 13 Gold Star families of agreeing to act as pawns for Trump to politicize the deaths of their loved ones, is surely the act of a desperate campaign panicked by internal polling numbers and wanting to change the story from her disastrous CNN interview on Sunday's show.
In the history of spontaneous mistakes in presidential campaigns, this is a big deal…
The tweet is the act of a drowning campaign looking for some kind of life preserver.
Kamala bragged that she was “the last person in the room” when the disastrous decision was made to surrender Afghanistan to the terrorists before all of our citizens and billions of dollars in weapons were removed. That is why these 13 men and women died.
To make matters worse, the families of these 13 people say that neither Biden nor Kamala have contacted them or offered any condolences. We all know why: these 13 heroes died unnecessarily because of Biden and Kamala’s terrible judgment, and Kamala wants them forgotten, locked in a memory hole, cast away. Of course, the vile corporate media has done everything they can to aid and abet this moral crime…
President Trump has supported them every step of the way. And… They I invited him to talk about his Anniversary visit to Arlington. They I asked if I could have this solemn moment photographed as a memorial. They He also said he invited Biden and Harris to Arlington but hasn't even received a response.
Nonetheless, on Saturday afternoon, just as a careless truce seemed to be continuing between the 13 families and the Harris campaign, a desperate Kamala, seeing her approval ratings drop, broke it by smearing the families with the false claim that they had come to Arlington for a political stunt.
The families fought back swiftly and righteously, with the raw intensity that hit voters in their own communities.

As we have seen over the past few decades, American voters are willing to forgive almost anything from presidential candidates: lies, infidelity, scandals, and failures. What they won't tolerate is incompetence.
Criticizing Gold Star Families is not only immoral, it is also extremely incompetent.
