The Netflix “Owning Manhattan” star likened buying the Cohen home to “moving into a magazine company.”

“It's one of those treasures that I've been waiting my entire career to find something like this that I can bring to market and sell,” the SERHANT founder added.

Bravo executives bought the lower-floor unit for $1.4 million in 2003 and, after getting to know their neighbors in the pre-war building, eventually purchased the other four units and worked with architect Gordon Kahn to combine them into one spacious home.

The first floor is connected to the upper floor by a custom staircase designed by Kahn, made of glass, walnut and steel, which leads up to an ornate disco ball hanging from the ceiling.

Unusually, the Big Apple abode also boasts plenty of natural light, a wood-burning fireplace, a steam room and not one but three extra storage units.
