“Mr. Biden intends to change his plea this morning,” Hunter's lawyer, Abe Lowell, told the judge in Los Angeles federal court.

The president's son, who arrived with first lady Melissa Cohen, was facing his second trial in just a few months after being convicted in June of illegally possessing a gun and having a hard drug habit and lying about it.

Hunter's new trial includes nine federal charges related to his alleged failure to pay $1.4 million in taxes from 2016 to 2019.

Meanwhile, his controversial eldest son faces up to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on November 13th in the gun case.Number.
