Illegal Alien Arrested After 2 Boys Found Chained Up in Virginia Apartment

Police in Fairfax County, Virginia, arrested two teenagers after finding them chained in the apartment of an illegal immigrant who had previously been deported from the United States and his boyfriend.

Franklin Viera Guevara (29), an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, Arrested The woman, along with her boyfriend, 47-year-old Wedoni Del Cid Rodriguez, were charged with child abuse, child abduction and child neglect after Fairfax County police officers found the woman's two sons, ages 7 and 9, chained to a post inside the couple's apartment.

Officers were called to the apartment on August 15 and when they arrived they found two boys with their ankles chained to a post next to the bed. One of the boys took a photo of his ankles on his cell phone and sent it to his sister, who then called police to the apartment.

Police allege that when Guevara and Rodriguez were questioned about chaining the two boys, they claimed they did so just to “threaten” them into staying inside the apartment.

Guevara, the Border Hawk takes the lead ReportedGuevara was arrested after illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border near McAllen, Texas, in November 2018. By February 2019, Guevara had been deported to his native country, El Salvador, by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Sometime after his deportation, Guevara illegally crossed the southern border again and ended up in Fairfax County, where he lived in an apartment with Rodriguez. It is unclear how long Guevara has been living in the United States.

Rodriguez was released on bail, but Guevara remains in custody without bail at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. ICE agents have filed a detention order against Rodriguez, requesting that he be held if he is released from jail at any time.
