“Toddler mom” Casey Anthony has been having an affair with the father of two since January, and The Washington Post has revealed that the notorious murder suspect ruined her 20-year marriage to be with the new man.
Anthony, 38, has been dating Tyson Ray Rhodes, 48, since January.
Anthony and Rose met through the gym where they both trained in South Florida.
According to sources, they participated in group texts with other gym members but soon began speaking one-on-one.
Anthony, who was charged and later acquitted of murdering his two-year-old daughter, Caylee, uprooted his life in Florida and moved to Tennessee to be with his new boyfriend.
Rose has two young adult sons.
The couple was spotted outside her luxury apartment on Wednesday.
Rose owned a set of golf clubs.
They retreated indoors, then changed into workout clothes and headed out again.
They piled into his black Dodge Ram pickup truck and headed to work out at Crunch Gym.
“She doesn't care if he's married or not,” a friend of Anthony's told The Post.
“That's up to him. All she knows is that he makes her feel good, and she likes that. She willingly followed him to Tennessee. She sees a future with him.”
“I asked her about it,” the friend continues.
“I said, 'Casey, are you married?' And she just laughed and said, 'Shut up. I'm living my life the way I want to.'”
Rose, an engineer for an aerospace company, has been married for 22 years.
He and his wife, Sandy, moved to the Volunteer State from South Florida earlier this year.
However, shortly after moving in, Rose made a shocking revelation to the mother of her children when she told her she wanted a divorce.
He has yet to file the paperwork, but a family source told The Washington Post that she was “blindsided” by the news.
A few days later, while his wife was visiting family in Florida, Anthony rushed off to Tennessee to meet up with his wife's married lover.
On January 26th, Rose and Anthony were spotted at a local restaurant and bar.
They were all smiles as they dined along with two other couples.
“They were holding hands, kissing and even groping her buttocks,” the bystander said.
“She got up to order a drink and noticed people staring. He told her, 'Bring that innocent woman over here.' He didn't care.”
Anthony had been working remotely as a researcher for a private detective agency, but then decided to move into an apartment just around the corner from Rose.
His truck has been spotted parked next to her Mini Cooper on multiple occasions.
A family member told The Post that Rose had said Anthony had a “magical” aura about him and that she was very attracted to him.
Rose did not respond to The Washington Post's request for comment.
Anthony first came to public attention more than 15 years after the disappearance of his daughter, Caylee, who was two years old at the time, in 2008.
The little girl had been missing for more than a month before Casey's mother, Cindy, called 911.
Amid a nationwide search for the missing toddler, Casey Anthony was arrested after police caught telling several lies, including claiming that Caylee had been kidnapped by her nanny, Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.
Police soon learned that Anthony had been dancing on tables and partying with friends last month and was not searching for her missing daughter.
Six months later, Caylee's body was found in a wooded area near the Anthony home.
Her cause of death was never determined, but Casey was charged with first-degree murder.
Anthony's 2011 murder trial was a media frenzy.
An estimated 40 million Americans watched at least part of the trial, and the verdict was watched by about 100 million people worldwide.
Prosecutors argued that Anthony, who was 21 at the time, killed his daughter so she could party with friends and have sex with her boyfriend.
The defense countered that Anthony was a loving mother and that Caylee drowned in the family swimming pool.
Anthony was ultimately acquitted of murder.
She was convicted of four counts of lying to police officers and released in July 2011.
She quickly hid away.
However, Anthony has always had an active love life and has been spotted hanging out with several lovers in South Florida over the years.
She is frequently spotted going out with different men.
But her new boyfriend is different, friends told The Post.
“She sees potential in him,” the friend says.
“She wants to see how this goes.”
